Production process and advantages of hot-dip galvanized guardrail mesh fence

Hot-dip galvanized guardrail, also called hot-dip galvanized guardrail, is a method of immersing the guardrail in molten metal to obtain a metal coating. The hot-dip galvanized guardrail and the coated metal form a metallurgical coating through dissolution, chemical reaction and diffusion. bonded alloy layers. In recent years, with the rapid development of high-voltage power transmission, transportation, and communications, the protection requirements for guardrail nets have become higher and higher, and the demand for hot-dip galvanized guardrail nets has also continued to increase. When the hot-dip guardrail is lifted out of the molten metal, the molten metal attached to the surface of the alloy layer is cooled and solidified into a coating. The alloy layer formed by hot-dip galvanizing is harder than the substrate itself, so it is not easily damaged. Therefore, there is a good bonding force between the hot-dip galvanized layer and the metal substrate. If you choose a guardrail that will be used for a long time, you can only use hot-dip galvanized ones. Once invested, you will not need to replace them for life. The shape is the same as the double-sided guardrail net. The only thing is that the color is not green, but bright silver.

Production and processing methods:
According to custom, the pre-plating treatment method is often used. We know that as a protective product, guardrail nets are used outdoors for many years. How to prevent corrosion for a long time has become a problem that must be solved. Generally speaking, all surfaces currently used in road guardrail nets and railway guardrail nets are The main method of galvanizing is hot dip galvanizing, but some small factories also use cold galvanizing.
Off-line annealing of hot-dip galvanizing: Before the guardrail mesh enters the hot-dip galvanizing line, it is first recrystallized and annealed in a bottom-type annealing furnace or a bell-type annealing furnace. In this way, there is no annealing in the galvanizing line. The process is over. Before hot-dip galvanizing, the mesh must maintain a clean pure iron active surface free of oxides and other dirt. This method is to first remove the iron oxide scale on the surface of the annealed guardrail mesh by pickling, and then apply a layer of zinc chloride or a solvent composed of a mixture of ammonium chloride and zinc chloride for protection. Prevent the guardrail net from being oxidized again.

Advantages of hot-dip galvanized guardrail net
1. Treatment cost: The cost of hot-dip galvanizing for rust prevention is lower than that of other paint coatings;
2. Durable: In suburban environments, the standard hot-dip galvanized anti-rust layer can last for more than 50 years without repair; in urban or offshore areas, the standard Qingli guardrail factory hot-dip galvanized anti-rust layer can last for more than 50 years. Lasts 20 years without having to refinish;
3. Good reliability: The galvanized layer and the steel are metallurgically bonded and become part of the steel surface, so the durability of the coating is relatively reliable;
4. The coating has strong toughness: The zinc coating forms a special metallurgical structure, which can withstand mechanical damage during transportation and use;
5. Comprehensive protection: Every part of the plated parts can be plated with zinc, even in depressions, sharp corners and hidden places, it can be fully protected;
6. Save time and effort: The galvanizing process is faster than other coating construction methods, and can avoid the time required for painting on the construction site after installation. The surface of hot-dip galvanizing is white, the amount of zinc is large, and the price is slightly more expensive. Generally speaking, there are more dipped galvanized ones, with various colors and good anti-corrosion properties.
Main uses: Widely used for safety protection in highway safety isolation, railways, airports, residential areas, factories and mines, temporary construction sites, ports and terminals, gardens, breeding farms, mountain closures and forest protection areas.
